As a part of our sales team, you will:

• Work with the homeowner to them on the claims process, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies to file and complete claims.
• Complete Home Inspection for damage with customers to verify exterior damage.
• Proactively communicate internally with the production team and customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service.
• Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership.
• Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client information daily.

What you'll bring:

• Self-motivated and comfortable working with little or no direction.
• Must be able to set up ladders and climb residential roofs.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Be willing to work as a member of a team in an environment where communication and collaboration are key to driving success.
